eMovephotos software

End User License Agreement

Last updated October 12, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms for installing and using the eMovephotos Windows application (“eMovephotos” or the “Software”). By installing, activating, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

In plain English: eMovephotos helps copy and organize supported photo files that are already on your computer or an attached drive. It is not cloud storage and is not a substitute for keeping a separate backup.

1. Who provides the Software

This Agreement is between you and Pete Roa (“the Publisher,” “I,” or “me”), the publisher of eMovephotos. Questions about this Agreement, a purchase, or activation can be sent to info@emovephotos.com.

2. What eMovephotos does

eMovephotos is a Windows file-copy and organization tool. It works with supported files available in folders or drives you choose, including files downloaded or exported from other services. It can copy and organize supported photo files at a destination you select.

The Software does not sign in to Google Photos or another cloud account for you, and it does not need your cloud-account password. You are responsible for downloading or exporting files from a cloud service before using eMovephotos with those files. Features and supported formats may change as the Software is updated.

3. Your license

After payment and any required activation, the Publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the version of eMovephotos you purchased. One license may be used on up to three devices that you own or control. You may move an installation to a replacement device; if activation prevents a permitted move, contact me for help.

The license is for your personal use or your own business’s internal use. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, lend, or distribute the Software or your activation code to another person. A license does not transfer ownership of the Software to you.

4. Purchase, activation, and duration

Unless the checkout page says otherwise, eMovephotos is sold for a one-time payment and does not automatically renew. A lifetime license is a perpetual license to use the version and features covered by that purchase, subject to this Agreement. It does not by itself promise future upgrades, new features, compatibility with every future Windows release, or ongoing technical support. Any updates or support included with a purchase are the ones stated on the checkout page or in your purchase confirmation.

Some features may require an activation code. Keep your code private. If you need help with a purchase, activation, or a device replacement, email info@emovephotos.com. Refund requests are handled under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

5. Your files and your responsibilities

6. Privacy

The file-copy feature works with files on your computer or drives you select. eMovephotos does not require your cloud-service password. Information associated with purchases, website visits, and support requests is described in the eMovephotos Privacy Policy. Payment processing is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout and is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

7. Acceptable use and ownership

The Publisher and its licensors retain all rights in the Software, including its code, design, names, and documentation. You may not copy or modify the Software except as allowed by law, reverse engineer it except where applicable law does not allow that restriction, remove ownership notices, or use it to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

8. Updates and support

The Publisher may provide fixes or updates, but the one-time purchase alone does not promise a particular update schedule or support period. Any stated update or support period will be described with the offer. Your license to a version you purchased is not a promise that every future version or Windows release will be compatible.

9. Warranty notice

10. Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business, or data, arising from use of the Software. This does not exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not allow me to exclude or limit. Nothing in this Agreement removes your responsibility to keep and verify independent copies of important files.

11. Suspension or termination

This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Software. If you materially violate it, the Publisher may suspend or end the affected license after giving notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue when practical. When a license ends, stop using the Software and remove copies you control. This section does not take away rights that applicable law provides.

12. Changes to this Agreement

The Publisher may update this Agreement for a new version or a change in the service. The current version and its effective date will appear on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights you already have, and any change that requires your agreement will be presented for acceptance before it applies.

13. General terms

If a court finds part of this Agreement unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. This Agreement and the license terms shown with your purchase describe your use of eMovephotos. If those documents conflict, a specific purchase term controls for the features, price, duration, or device allowance of that purchase. Applicable consumer protections remain in force.
